Terms and Conditions:
Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Programme
Our Continuous Professional Development programme is a post-placement initiative designed for placed candidates with career-enhancing support.
The programme includes structured Educational Sponsorships, behavioural Insight and Career Coaching. These services are tailored to help individuals develop clear, long-term career strategies aligned with their professional growth objectives.
- Successfully complete our agency’s recruitment process, sign a formal employment agreement with the client, and maintain employment for at least four (4) months.
Educational Sponsorship
We provides financial support for both formal and non-formal education, aimed at advancing the professional and personal growth of the placed candidate, a nominated immediate family member, or a charitable donation of their choice.
- We provide a one-time sponsorship of up to R200,000.00 based on annual salary, paid directly to a South African-registered educational institution.
- Funding may be applied to Early Childhood Development (ECD) programmes, schooling and recognised reskilling or upskilling programmes, and NEET-focused programmes targeting individuals Not in Education, Employment, or Training.
Behavioral Insight and Report
This component of the CPD programme transforms behavioural assessment data into actionable insights, supporting informed career and educational decisions. Assessments are tailored to each vacancy and candidate profile, as determined by the employing client.
- All assessments and feedback adhere to ethical guidelines set by the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA), with confidentiality maintained at all times.
- All candidates who complete the behavioural assessment receive individualised feedback and a formal report. For those not appointed, feedback and reports will be issued after the successful candidate’s appointment has been confirmed.
Personalised Career Coaching
Career coaching provides candidates with personalised guidance to develop strategic career plans, enhance professional growth, and achieve long-term goals. Career coaching is a non-transferable benefit.
- Sessions are facilitated by certified psychologists or career coaching professionals from the Office of Talent’s vetted partner network and follow HPCSA ethical guidelines, with strict confidentiality maintained.
- Candidates receive up to 30 sessions, based on their salary at placement. Career coaching is a non-transferable benefit.
Important Notice! The Office of Talent, along with other legitimate employers and employment agencies, will never request payment at any stage of the hiring process. If anyone asks for fees, it is likely a scam. report such incidents to the South African Department of Employment and Labour or South African Police Service.
